In order to confirm your appointment at Cloud 9, you must fill out the questionnaire below at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to submit this form will result in cancellation of your appointment and you will not be able to reschedule with Cloud 9 until you have filled out the questionnaire.
Online booking is currently unavailable due to closures of non-essential businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are not already registered to receive email updates from Cloud 9, you can sign up on the "Cloud 9 Store" page to be notified when normal business will resume.
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment(s). Any appointments cancelled after 24 hours will result in you being charged 100% of your scheduled service(s).If you are late and cannot be accommodated within business hours on the day you scheduled your appointment, your appointment(s) will be treated as a cancellation and will result in you being charged 100% of your scheduled service(s). There will be no exceptions.
